Data Drive Thru®, our goal is to make our customers completely satisfied with
their purchase. If you need to return an item for replacement or a refund please
follow the instructions below for a prompt response.
Before any returns
will be honored, you must contact the Data Drive Thru Tech Support Department to
receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number.
The RMA
number must be placed on the outside of the package and all product components
shipped to you in the original order must be enclosed in the return, before we
will issue a credit or exchange.

receive a reply within 24 hours.
We
will be happy to accept return of unopened units for credit to your credit card
within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please obtain an RMA number by
contacting Tech Support as stated above. You will be responsible for return
shipping. See product return guidelines below.
Data
Drive Thru® is happy to exchange any defective product for the same within the
warranty period (see below) of purchase if Support determines that the product is damaged or
defective. Please obtain an RMA via email by contacting Tech Support as stated
above. You must ship the defective product back to receive a new unit. See
product return guidelines below.
We
cannot accept opened, non-defective merchandise for credit or exchange. This is
a software product as much as it is an electronic device and we cannot accept
opened, non-defective embedded software products for credit or exchange.
Once
you have received an RMA from Data Drive Thru®, please package all items
securely and include the RMA number on the shipping label. Products returned
without a visible RMA number will not be credited. You must prepay shipping
charges (No refunds for shipping will apply), returns sent COD will be refused.
Please only ship by a carrier that can provide you a traceable shipping number
(UPS, FEDEX, etc.) Data Drive Thru® will not be responsible for returns that
they do not receive and can not be traced. Returns must be received within 30
days of issuance of the RMA number.
